Quickly becoming one of the most beloved development studios in gaming (if not already), CD Projekt RED (The Witcher series, GWENT: The Witcher Card Game and the forthcoming Cyberpunk 2077), has revealed a new online merch store for their growing stable of games, which will likely soon include an all-new Triple-A unannounced title as of E3 2019.
The merch store is entirely run and operated by CD Projekt RED, who also run and own GOG.com, and features a variety of unique merchandise from the aforementioned stable of games.
Built and ran by CD PROJEKT RED, the store gives gamers access to worlds of official apparel and collectibles inspired by the studio’s games. The launch line-up of products, to be expanded with new items and categories moving forward, includes a selection of high-quality T-shirts and hoodies with designs spanning the studio’s franchises, a Shupe the Troll talking plush toy, a Witcher-themed notebook, and more.
Having attended each E3 and Gamescom BCD sessions with CDPR for a number of years, this games writer can tell you the studio loves serving up unique collectibles and sees this move as something that makes total sense. As part of the merch store announcement, a super-cool Geralt Rōnin Figure, hand-painted, is up for grabs. But get in fast, these might not last too long.
Check out a video of said statue embedded below, and click here to browse the new store and its wares, then wait for news of the store being accessible for Aussies as soon as we know as we've reached out directly to CDPR for information.
