AusGamers had a chance to catch up with New Zealand ex-pat and Bungie engineering lead, Chris Butcher, at this year's E3 to glean more from their ambitious Destiny project.

Having already had top access to the leads at Bungie in both this opportunity, and this one, we took all of our working knowledge of the game, alongside everything we were shown at E3 to engage questions about more clarity as far as networking goes, what Bungie's plans are for fostering the Destiny community, how weapon upgrades and customisation will work, loot trading, getting around the game-world off-foot, what it means to fail a public event, and probed again about PC potential.
