The first bit of campaign DLC for Borderlands 3 will see our Vault hunters infiltrate Handsome Jack's casino resort in Moxxi's Heist of The Handsome Jackpot. This is the first of four planned DLC packs for the game, and is set to arrive on December 19.

In terms of features it sounds to be standard expansion fare, which is exactly what you'd want with Borderlands 3. New zones, quests, weapons, gear, and enemies to melt. And with a story focusing on Moxxi and the remnants of Handsome Jack, it sounds like it could be a more engaging and faithful Borderlands tale versus the main game's disappointing narrative.

The Borderlands 3 love doesn't stop there, as a free content drop today is adding a raid-style event called Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite - and in a very welcome move maximum Bank Space has been upgraded from 50 slots to 300.
