Movies, TV, comics and books have all successfully explored the place of artificial intelligence in human life, often with artistic and moral aplomb, and while games have certainly dabbled, it's usually in a lighter context.
Thankfully
Binary Domain, from SEGA and the Yakuza team, explores the Asimovian world of AI and humans, their co-existence, and our own God-like desire as homo-sapiens to rule and create life, even at a detriment to our own. It also happens to be a kick-ass action game with a few unique concepts of its own, such as the idea of teammate trust and rapport based on your in-game relationships with your AI buddies.
