The announcement of Rayman Legends -- another upcoming Ubisoft game designed by Beyond Good and Evil Michel Ancel -- was terrific news for fans of the acclaimed Rayman: Origins, but seemed to be another sign of postponement for those holding out for the long-promised BG&E sequel.
However, a French interview with Ancel out of the recent Toulouse Game Show (via:
Kotaku) confirms that Beyond Good & Evil 2 is still in active development, but explains that it needs better tech than is currently available -- reiterating previous comments that we won't be seeing it until the next console generation.
