Bethesda Softworks has taken to Twitter to reveal a collage of three mysterious images, plus full sized images of each picture appearing on Gamespot titled titled y1960, x1960 and z1960. Each of the images are accompanied with a mysterious #1960 tagline.

While many have initially jumped to Fallout 4, a new tweet from Bethesda has confirmed that Bethesda Game Studios, the team behind Fallout 3 and The Elder Scrolls series, is not working on this mysterious title. Other rumours include a new Wolfenstein title by developer MachineGames, a recently acquired studio that has been working on something called Project Tungsten. According to Bethesda Twitter a full announcement will be revealed on Gamespot, however no date or time has yet been given.

Bethesda revealed earlier this year that the company would be making more noise about upcoming publishing activities, with the recent reveal of Tango Gameworks' The Evil Within title and expecting the reveal of other titles as well.
