Fallout 76 is on the cusp of entering Version 2.0 with the arrival of the massive
Wastelanders update that introduces NPCs and new story-lines into the post-apocalyptic online Fallout. The game is also finally coming to Steam this month, so as a special bonus Bethesda is giving PC players the chance to link their Steam accounts and Bethesda.net accounts for a free Steam key.
And if that's you, you can
head here to do just that. If done before 11:59pm ET, April 12 the Steam version will be an automatic get.
The only downside is that Atoms and other purchased bonuses won't carry over.
Please note, you will not be able to transfer your Atoms or Fallout 1st membership balance between Bethesda.net and Steam. Additionally, Atoms you earn are specific to one platform or the other. However, items you have purchased through the Atomic Shop will be available in both Bethesda.net and Steam.
Wastelanders launches April 14.
