The latest gaming display from BenQ, the Mobiuz EX2710 presents a fairly straight-forward and enticing offer. 27-inches, 1080P, 144Hz, HDR10, and FreeSync Premium coupled with an impressive 1ms response time. The result? Yeah, something of a major consideration when you factor in the price.

A snippet.
There’s a big difference between a budget gaming display and, well, a cheap off-the-shelf monitor. For one even to be marketed as something suitable or designed for gaming, at a bare minimum there would have to be low ms response times and some consideration for higher refresh rates. Over say, a 4K resolution. A budget display designed for competitive esports – well, that’s something else entirely.

Based on its downright impressive $439 AUD price point, that’s exactly where the BenQ Mobiuz EX2710 lives and breathes. The company’s latest display designed for gaming on PC and consoles (it’s FreeSync Premium 144 Hz IPS display is also compatible with the upcoming Xbox Series X) also puts some of that focus on image quality.
