Where you get to design and build arenas, monitor guest safety and happiness, research new weapons, add things like shooting ranges and shopping, and hopefully turn a profit. So yeah, it certainly lives up to the name Battle Royale Tycoon - with early reviews on Steam being mostly positive.

Here's the launch trailer, which showcases the visual style that is reminiscent of The Escapists.

Design and build your own arenas for your guests to fight.
Set up the Arena rules and Game Mode: Battle Royale, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag.
Listen to your guests and improve the design of your arenas: Add guns, cover, fix spawn kills.
Build up the rest of your park with Shops, Bathrooms, Shooting Ranges, etc.
Repair your items and keep them in good condition so no one gets hurt.
Clean up the arenas before starting a new battle.

Developed by Endless Loops Studios, Battle Royale Tycoon was previously available to play via Early Access - where no doubt the somewhat "of course" concept was fleshed out to become a more complete Tycoon experience.
