After debuting on PC, PS4, and Xbox One earlier this year, Death Squared from Sydney-based SMG Studio is now available on Nintendo Switch -- for $14.99 AUD. Already well received, the Switch release of Death Squared is quite possibly the best version yet as it feels like the perfect sort of co-op experience for the single-screen, multiple Joy-Con setup found with Nintendo's latest console.

Many games tout working together and communication as core elements of the experience, and these two things are what separates playing Death Squared alone, or with another person. And the fact that any momentary slip of co-ordination usually results in an early death, it's a lot of fun too. Mainly because 'death' here means that a coloured cube falls into oblivion.

We've had the chance to play this both on a Switch and PC, and simply adore it as handheld title. Well worth picking up.
