Diablo III has dropped on console, but ahead of getting our review mitts on the game, I was given the chance to speak with Diablo III game director (across all platforms), Josh Mosqueira, and the console team's senior level designer, Matthew Berger.

In our conversation we obviously cover the major differences to the PC version of the game for console, but also talk about networking, trading items, managing Achievements and Trophies, what's in-store for next-gen versions of the game, Reaper of Souls' eventual arrival on consoles and cover off that tricky PvP question.

Thanks for the interview. It's good to see Blizzard at least want to allow PS3 players to bring across characters and profiles to PS4. I'd be happy to buy the PS3 version now, get started and eventually pick it up on PS4, but not if I had to start a character all over again... Until we hear definitively, I don't think I'll buy the PS3 version.
