Attack on Titan Bolsters the Fortnite Island with ODM Gear and Thunder Spears, Among Much More

If you're at all familiar with the anime and manga series, Attack on Titan, you'll know just how significant it is that the Omni-Direction Mobility Gear and the Thunder Spear are now coming to Fortnite, which seems like a very good fit, in particular with the ODM Gear as far as traversal goes.

In addition, the shop will now have the Captain Levi and Mikasa Ackermann outfits available to purchase, while the Eren Jaeger outfit is unlockable in Battle Pass.

Fortnite Battle Royale v24.20 brings the arrival of Eren Jaeger, ODM Gear and Thunder Spears to the Island.

Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear can be found from the ground, chests or Scout Regiment Footlockers and allows you to grapple in the air and strike opponents.

Thunder Spears can be found the same way as ODM Gear but these are arm-launched rockets causing detonation damage to enemies and structures.

Fortnite's ubiquity with pop-culture and even more now thanks to its creation platform has made it an incredible beast that tends to lock in on just about everything for everyone.
