Set during the American Revolution, Assassin's Creed 3, as with past games in the series, will feature some prominent historical events of the era, to be experienced from the players perspective.

One such notable occasion in this game will be the infamous Boston Tea Party, which as most will know, is where the founding fathers got together with their favourite dolls and sipped an imaginary cuppa or two. The game of course exercises a bit of dramatic license, so it involves more guns and such, but you can check out Ubisoft's version of events in the trailer below (or here in our HD video library).

Assassin's Creed 3 is due on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 30th 2012, with PC, and Wii U to follow in late November.
