The Asia Pacific Predator League 2019 Grand Finals took place over the weekend in Bangkok, Thailand - attracting a live audience of over 10,000 fans. With ANZ's Team Immunity taking the third-spot of the Asia-Pacific Predator League PUBG Grand Final and its share of the total $250,000 USD prize pool.

Which was an impressive $15,000. South Korean team Afreeca Freecs Fatal took the crown, with locals Purple Mood E-Sports taking the runner up spot. Team Immunity’s Nick101 came in second in overall for PUBG kills, with 29.

The Predator League APAC Finals was also home to regional DOTA 2 competition with the Philippines’ TNC Predator team taking the top spot there. The event also closed with word that the Predator League 2020 Grand Finals will take place in the Philippines. “We hope that the athletes from Predator League 2019 can continue with their great work as members of the esports community, and also return in 2020 to compete in the Philippines,” said Andrew Hou, President of Pan Asia Pacific Regional Operations, Acer Inc.

The PUBG Grans Final and closing ceremony is embedded below.

For the rest of the competition - head here.

“We will continue our efforts locally and look forward to seeing who will be representing Australia and New Zealand in 2020,” said Darren Simmons, Oceanic Managing Director of Acer. “We have big things happening with the Predator brand both this year and next year, and look forward to sharing it with the esports community."
