The first teaser trailer for Batman: Arkham Origins featured an impressive CG glimpse at one of the confrontations bound to take place in that game, with Batman facing off against the mercenary Deathstroke.

Now it appears we might be getting more of this popular DC villain with Amazon posting up this pre-order ad that outs Deathstroke as a playable character via DLC. Whether or not he'll be playable in a similar fashion to how Catwoman was in Arkham City or if he'll just be available for the Challenge maps portion of the game remains to be seen. Warner Bros has been teasing a full reveal for the game in the coming days though, so stay tuned for more as it comes in.

Batman: Arkham Origins is the third entry in the series and the first to not be developed by series creators, Rocksteady. It will be available this October on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
