Ever since the first Assassin's Creed way back in 2007, players have seen the growth of Ubisoft's most influential franchise in each iteration. Each game has saught to one up the previous one, be it evolutions in combat, new settings or even Black Flag's naval warfare.
Thanks to a recent hands-on preview event with Ubisoft's latest Assassin's Creed title, Unity, our own Joab "Joaby" Gilroy was able to find out just what exactly has changed in this current-gen/PC only title.
What's really impressive is the sheer amount of activity on the streets. At every junction there's a group of angry revolutionaries, milling around someone on a soapbox. And we're not talking about 10 or 20 French people -- dozens of AI characters are occupying tight spaces, all moving around at once.
