The 2014 San Diego Comic-Con doesn't kick off until tomorrow, but IGN has gotten its exclusive hands on a Comic-Con trailer for Lords of the Fallen, the upcoming fantasy action RPG from Polish studio CI Games.

Although IGN refers to it as a gameplay trailer, it's mostly just quick cuts of combat and a few scripted cinematics, all in-engine though. For extra dark and brooding points, the clip features Mourning Ritual's cover of the CCR classic Bad Moon Rising.

Lords of the Fallen is due on October 31st 2014 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
