Since 2015 AusGamers has been invited to partake in the nomination and judging process of the annual The Game Awards. We were also the first Aussie site invited to the jury panel (having at that time also been a part of the official Best of E3 nomination and judging process), and this year we're thrilled to share that we are once again a member of the voting panel, sharing the honour alongside other Aussie sites Press-Start and Stevivor.


The nominees for this year's awards will be unveiled next week, Tuesday for Aussies, while the awards themselves will take place live from the Microsoft Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles, December 8 (December 9 AEDT).

Founded in 2014, The Game Awards has grown into the premiere awards ceremony and event for the games industry, growing each and every year in both stature and overall reach. We're beyond honoured to have been a part of the prestigious night and its behind the scenes process over the past seven years.
