Devs (TV show)
Not sure if anyone is across this, but Devs is pretty cool. Written, directed and created by Alex Garland who wrote Sunshine and has worked with Ninja Theory on a bunch of their games, it’s part Control, part Kubrick/Lynch/Fincher. Has Ron Swanson in it and is just, super atmospheric with sci-fi themes wrapped in crime and thriller drama.
Slow to start, but by episode four I’m all the way in. |

I'd use it to watch Bradman's 254 at Lords in 1930.

avenue 5: how the f*** did that script ever get made!? It started weak and went bizarrely weak.
shame, good cast and obviously plenty of coin spent on it. Unfunny and badly bizarre (let alone how badly they abused the laws of physics) |

avenue 5 (dont bother with this)I was thinking the trailer probably oversold it. I'll still give it a watch just going in with lower expectations. I don't know how to watch it in Australia without buying Foxtel or piracyThese are different times. What was piracy before is now essential well being activities to stop the population getting bored. |
