Unfortunately it's windows only, and american region only. No release date yet for iPhone.

Were usually considered part of North America region for Blizz games anyway, but dunno if that helps if there won't be local servers

It'll have Australian servers. Blizzard have said going forward since the introduction of them in D3, WoW, SC2 and HotS that Overwatch should have them.
