If you want an ugly, but exceedingly reliable, inexpensive to own car for $2000 this fits the bill. It's got 6 months rego and I've recently spent more than $1000 on preventative maintenance (e.g. a new radiator) thinking I was going to hang on to it for many years yet, but my circumstances have changed. This model has a Mazda motor in it, and they are renowned for being virtually indestructible.
