Going to wait a few weeks so it's not packed. By all accounts, it's meant to be even better than the first one, and I thought they did a great job with that one.

SPOILER ALERT!
So many great scenes in this. Specially the one when the apes come to humans home town and Caesar speaks "Apes do not want War!! Do not come back!" Absolutely loved it, sent shivers down my spine. A movie hasn't done that to me in years.... |

That shot of Koba on top of the tank with the mounted camera slowly spinning around taking in all the action was so visually impressive.

I'm still trying to get over the idea that a movie called 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes', a sequel to one called 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes' which is sort of a prequel to Planet of the Apes, could actually be good.

Its not really out of the ordinary for the franchise though, most of the sequels to the original Planet of the Apes had convoluted titles too

Anyone care to post up a quick wrap up, review, overview, elaboration as to why this movie is great? I'm thinking about going to the flicks soon as I haven't been to the movies for a long while now and have a pimpin' chance with this hottie from work - an ape movie for a first date you say!? Why, yes, she'll be sitting next to one! :)
