Urgent ticket sent over 24 hours ago, no responce
Hey,
I rented a 26 slot bf4 server about a week ago, so yesterday i decided i wanted to upgrade it to 36 slot, i change the subscription and all hell broke loose. The server keeps crashing because: The following subscriptions are currently suspended due to overdue invoices: Battlefield 4: 26 Slots (203.46.105.71:20550) So im guessing if i pay the $12 difference im cool ye? THERE IS NO GOD DAMN WAY TO DO THIS!!! So i credit my account $12 and Send a Ticket On Urgent... over 24hrs ago Im sitting here with 1 broken 26 player server, Down $12 and very Unhappy.. Give them time. They're fix it and then proibably apologise by giving you a bj or a month free.

yea still waiting, so after paying for a month but only owning the server for 5-6 days, ive just paid for another one.
