14 Nov 2013 You may have noticed that we no longer have a ”meet the staff” page. Following a rise in visits to our website and mentions of the company through certain media channels in relation to our recruitment policy, we have chosen to remove it from the website indefinitely. We took this decision in consultation with our staff who are rightly concerned about being posted around the internet by people making inaccurate and inappropriate comments about our staff and our recruitment policies. The “meet the staff” page was designed for our clients to put a face to the name of the people they deal with here and now that page has been taken out of context we feel it is no longer appropriate. Well, if a high level director position opens up, at least we know we have a better chance of getting the job than young attractive females. and lol
They have chicks with glasses, they have chicks with brown hair and possibly a red head, they even have chicks with short hair, both curly and straight hair. And 2 of them are lesbians (well bisexual of course). We are totally committed to equal opportunity employment. I can tell you, if you were male, and worked here (lets face it, that means you're a director), you would be proud of this team too, very proud in the pants! I don't see a problem though. If a company wants to hire only men or women they should be able to (for whatever reason). This whole gender equality / political correctness bulls*** is getting out of hand. Like those stupid secret clubs that only allow guys or girls. Big deal if you're not allowed in, go start your own club where they're not allowed. |

Pretty obvious that the bosses are a bunch of sleaze bags.
If they were equal opportunity employers then surely you should see a more even spread of not only gender but also race. The chances that 27 white women were better applicants than any other gender or race at every single position are likely to be fairly low. It is far more likely that 4 sleaze bag bosses simply hired based on their personal preference. |

The guy that used to own the pharmacy im at preferred female staff cause it was his belief that customers prefer them. Also, when chicks come in for thrush / morning after pill n other sensitive questions they prefer to talk to female staff. And what seedy old guy doesnt mind chatting up some pharmacy assistant while he picks up his meds. |

huh? me? I wasnt having a crack at anybody in the thread or being a kill joy - i just think its pathetic if people are b****ing online that they hired all attractive females. Good on em. At the end of the day, the person hiring will always choose who they think is the most suitable person.
