Had The Princess on repeat every day at work for weeks, such a goddamned fantastic album. Get into it Baz. I hooked up my wireless headphones to the computer today and listened to it whilst I was making vegie garden edging outa eWood. Some of it was pretty atmospheric but it it was a good atmosphere. I really like the bouncy tunes, anything with a good beat will please me but the 30's period flavour makes it really exotic for me. Alot like the Bajo Fondo stuff you posted. |

Bit of a trend going around with dudes dressing up all suit-like, and doing some mish-mash of shuffle/charlston/lindyhop/swing etc dancing. I'm trying to learn it, looks awesome imo.

Bit of a trend going around with dudes dressing up all suit-like, and doing some mish-mash of shuffle/charlston/lindyhop/swing etc dancing. I'm trying to learn it, looks awesome imo. This how I used to dance...or at least how I thought I was dancing. I didnt know anything about shuffle, charlston, indyhop or swing but a good beat can be an exorcist in a way, if your into that sort of thing. |

just watched mike tyson - the undisputed truth. if you every missed the doco "Tyson" because u think it is some boxing doco - its amazing. And im not some boxing guy. that guy been chewed up spat out but he still comes up. In the film mike tyson - the undisputed truth, by spike lee, he talks about his life and hardships.
