Hey guys. I'm wanting to burn some video files to disc and I want to just have the basic menus which allow me to choose which video to play. If anyone knows of something good to use, could you please let me know. I'm willing to pay a bit of money for it if the software is actually good. Thanks.

I use to use this program, was simply and great to use, but I honestly can't remember the last time I burnt a dvd. Isn't it all USB drives now?

Thanks for the reply. I ended up buying Ashampoo Burning Studio 12 for $10. Got it cheaper because I had version 10 ages back and they had sent me an 80% discount thing.

I'm putting family videos on discs for my Dad. I usually would just use my hard drive or a USB as well haha.

lol ... physical media

Physical media is sexy. Music CD's. You get the book with the artwork and lyrics and s***. I normally have to transfer the CD to my PC straight away so the CD doesn't end up somehow getting scratched up.

Get a HDD, stuff everything on that, buy something that can run XBMC, stream the movies.

Enjoy never using physical media ever again.

I've got a 1TB harddrive which I just hook up to my bluray player usually. I'm burning it for my Dad. Not for myself haha.

I love it, ive got about 40 3d movies at 50gb each. About 2Tb which in an external id get for about $100-150.
Have them all on disc for under $150 ready to share and take any where.
Digital media is over rated.

This one did the trick anyways mate. Thanks though :) Had to separate the 10 episodes over 4 discs to make em fit haha. Took about 4 hours.

Converted my 68 yr old mum to a HDD and a media player. Can't recall which type, wasn't a WD.

But she loves it now. They're pretty cheap these days you should set him up.

I laugh at people who laugh at physical media. What the f*** do you think a hard drive / USB drive / streaming computer are? Theoretical hardware? Hardware that only exists in another dimension? THEY'RE PHYSICAL MEDIA FOOLS.

I was going to help set him up, but I just found it easier to keep things simple for him haha.
