Bit extreme to fire him over bungled first run. Big phat warning to never ever do it again would be better. He was clearly stressed and his continual awkwardness was probably because half his brain was freaking out about swearing, leaving the what was left of his presumably frat years alcohol damaged brain to handle the rest.
