3. Be 2 metres tall. being tall is usually a bad thing when it comes to sprinting. this guy is just on a whole different level. |

being tall is usually a bad thing when it comes to sprinting. ... wat. I made it to state level carnivals in high school a number of times, and every time, I was the shortest dude there. Whilst being 7 or 8 feet tall might be a liability, being 'above average height' is certainly an advantage in sprinting. |

it's been said Bolt's height is not "optimal" if you're talking about sprint theory. However everything about him makes up for it and a whole lot more.
