Google has released a service Inactive Account Manager, where you can configure what happens when your accounts turn inactive because you are dead.

The service lets you decide what to do with your data from these services after pre-determined amount of inactivity: +1s; Blogger; Contacts and Circles; Drive; Gmail; Google+ Profiles, Pages and Streams; Picasa Web Albums; Google Voice and YouTube.

They will contact and share specific data with specific contacts or delete data as directed.
