Spam Filtering, Postini Alternatives
Posting this thread again because google's support for postini is f*****g terrible.
Need to set someone up, ten users but multiple alias' (i.e. 4 domains with the same user) WFBS doesn't like multiple domains, correct? |

Also - playing with barracuda ess at the moment, looks good. Can't see how to purchase it in AU though? Seems to go around in circles

what do you mean seats? we have about 60-70 users with 4-10 damain names for each user

we are migrating from postini to proofpoint at work

As in licenses
Postini has the ability to recognise that one user might have 5 addresses i.e. josh@domain.com, josh@domain.com.au, josh@au.domain.com So rather than that user requiring 3 licenses, it allows it to use 1 |

WFBS only care about amount of PC and doesnt care on the users only physical machines :)
WFBS is good (especially for the price) but spam still comes through |

To clarify, I think jmr is talking about WFBS' Interscan Messaging Hosted Service. It's a complete clusterf*** of a cloud-based solution.
We have it in use for some of our clients, but not many. The other one we've played with is Reflexion. |

You need to purchase barracuda through a partner, I didn't mind using it when i did. Otherwise ironport.
