Hi Team,

I have a .NET developer position opening up in Melbourne (Mount Waverley) for a 6 month contract on a day rate of $450/day.


Experience:
• At least 4 years in developing and completing web site projects using .NET specifically C#.
• At least 3 years in an Agile (Scrum/XP) environment.
• jQuery, CSS3 & HTML5 knowledge.
• Use of TDD techniques.

Roles & responsibilities:
• Provide full project ownership from conception through to deployment.
• Develop and maintain reliable and secure web applications.
• Integration with third party vendors through API.

Skills Required:
• Web: .NET (C#), SOAP/XML/WCF, jQuery, CSS3 and HTML5.
• Database: MSSQL. SSRS, Stored Procedures, Database design, etc.
• .NET Framework 4+ including Entity Framework.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to discuss, understand and translate business requirements into functional development specifications.

well if you get stuck i would highly recommend www.readify.net I have worked with them across a few differnt enterprises and they are probably the best in Aus for contracting/out-sourcing.

My brother is a Principal Consultant at Readify and I can guarantee they'll be more than capable of doing the job.

However... there's no way in hell you'll get them for $450/day. That's closer to their hourly rate :P Then again, they are the absolute best of the best.

Readify come and work on site, they have all their own resources etc. but yeah I just mentioned it if he got stuck finding the right applicant.

In all fairness, the Readify guys are pretty darn good at what they do.
They've most likely already solved the problem before they get the call and will charge you $450 for the hour it takes to deploy it to your environment.

Yeah we're looking for someone on site for 6 months. There is have outsourcing components but for the bulk of the work I want someone sitting next to me I can work with (and not pay $450/hr or $890k/yr for).
