The crew at Evil Aliens, an independent studio based in Canberra, Australia have let us know that they've launched a crowd-funding project to raise some dollars for their work-in-progress action adventure game ORBITOR.
According to the brief, the team has been working on Orbitor for the last two years in their spare time, and although it's looking rather polished in its current state, Evil Aliens is calling on pledges to assist with "legal expenses, software licenses, computer hardware and advertising".
Built on Unity engine tech, the game is said to be in the works for PC, Mac and Linux (and is also vying for a spot
on Steam Greenlight). Check out the Kickstarter pitch video below, or this
alpha gameplay demonstration for a good idea on what to expect, and head over to the
Kickstarter page if you're interested in supporting this Aussie indie title.
