I have camping Solar panels... not sure how long they would take to charge a Volt battery though. Easy enough to salvage ones off peoples homes and rig them up though.

Pretty sure its a s***load easier to generate your own electricity than it is to refine your own oil not if all the electricity in the world mysteriously stops working. |
