Finally clarifying on the "2011" window following its last delay, Sony have given an April 21st Australian release date to the upcoming PS3-exclusive SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy Seals. In the works at Zipper Interactive -- developers of the original PS2 SOCOM, but not the more recent and critically panned Socom: Confrontation -- SOCOM 4 promises PlayStation Move support and extensive single-player and multiplayer components, including a five-player co-operative play mode.

The latest trailer shows off what is boasted as "actual in-game" action from the game's multiplayer component. Check it out below or click here for the HD option.

The April 21st 2011 Australian release date, follows an April 19th launch for North Americans.
