We have another post-apocalyptic review piece for you today, this time from the team at Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword), and based on the Eastern story of the Journey to the West (aka Monkey Magic).

While the meat of this game is more like gristle, it still offers up an enjoyable romp thanks largely to the game's excellent character design and its well-paced story that takes plenty of liberties with the ancient tale, ushering in a story of equal poignancy, but in a modern and more accessible setting for today's TV-idolisers.
