Activision and Electronic Arts have both somewhat redeemed their gaffes from earlier today, each with a new actually view-worthy trailers for their respective military shooters.
The latest trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops serves up a minute sampler of some of the no-doubt blockbuster-style action we can expect from the game's singleplayer component. Grab it right here from AusGamers.
While this new Medal of Honor trailer offers a more somber look at the realities of war, featuring an in-engine clip from the game overdubbed with a soldier's telephone message. Check that one out here on AusGamers.
The two flag-ship titles are poised to go head to head for the lucrative multiplayer shooter market this holiday season. Which one will you choose?
Medal of Honor hits Australian shelves on October 14 2010, with Call of Duty: Black Ops following on November 9 - both on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
It was terrible. Don't waste your money. Gonna "aquire" it for SP thats it. S*** game does not deserve my money. And reports coming in that people are already hacking on PC MP, and that campaign was just shy under 3 hours long. Really? 3 dam hours? Pay less for a good movie...
Contrary to many sheeple, I thought Beta was actually quite good. Smooth game-play, snappy, and must importantly..fun!!. Just waiting for it to unlock on Steam. Should be good!

They were hacking a few months back when the closed/pre-order beta was on. When it's BC2 reskinned I doubt they have much issue using the BC2 hacks for this game.
I was looking forward to MoH, but just read the IGN review and although those guys are often off the mark, it sounds like they've brought MoH back just so they can make sure it's not worth ever bringing back again.

That MoH trailer is actually rather old.

Did anyone else find it really linear compared to say, BC2 ? I've been really put off by the maps provided in the open Beta.
