Sony are starting to get a real move on with their online service, trumping Microsoft at as many turns as possible who've, until recently, tied up most online-specific goodies.
Ubisoft have palmed over access to the
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood multiplayer beta to Sony, and more specifically, anyone who pre-orders a copy of the game (which will be released in three editions: Standard, Auditore and Limited Codex - details of which can be
found here). The beta is exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and will kick off sometime in September, running for a period of time yet to be determined by Ubisoft. Space in the beta is limited though, so if you're super keen, get your pre-order happening soon.
