Comic-Con has let loose a pretty nifty trailer for anyone who has yet to start really looking into what multiplayer in the Assassin's Creed world would be like. It might seem like an odd type of game to have multiplayer, but at E3, both Dan and I got our hands-on (preview coming soon), and immediately fell in love with it.

It's one of the first multiplayer games where I spent an entire round sitting on a bench, not flinching and never once felt like I was camping or cheating. It seriously changes the way you think about engaging other players, and you're always left thinking and reacting on your toes, because you opponent could be literally anyone, as the embedded trailer below very successfully (and stylishly) points out.

This is looking very slick, always been interested in how the AC series would go multiplayer.

Can't wait.

Another game to add on the "to buy" list.

Sigh.

Looks really nice. Hopefully it can work well, always wanted to know how more then 1 person in the AC world would work. However, finishing moves or the quick kill moves, will they work like single player? Hopefully you won't be able to just run up and before they pull out their weapon, stab them in the throat for instant kill.

Maybe stealth kills or them being unaware awards you instant kill, yet running straight up engages in combat.

You would think it would be too simple to spot a player coming in for an assassination no?
