Jolly Rover is the result of a heap of hard work by Australian indie developer Andrew Goulding of Brawsome (and if you're interested in the tale, we have a great interview with him as well).

Our casual gaming expert Mike has taken it for a test spin and declared it to be a thoroughly enjoyable experience - if you're looking for a taste of that old classic adventure game with a dash of Monkey Island, then it's definitely worth a read (and play, as it were).

If you're unfamiliar with the game, beyond the linked interview above, we also have our handy AusGamers Jolly Rover game page which has all the info you might need when looking at getting your modern nostalgia on.

Damn. If only it was on steam. I would snap it up in an instant!

I was just thinking that. Steam really has come to be the only way I buy games, unless the regional pricing is too obnoxious, in which case I pirate it.

Any indie developer should be on Steam.

So maybe drop the price and you might move more units. It wouldve been an instant purchase for $10.
