AusGamers checked out Nintendo's pre-show E3 2010 media briefing this morning and have put together a basic play-by-play of what we saw, which yes, does include getting a very quick hands-on with the new 3DS.

We saw a stack of cool games, including the next installment in The Legend of Zelda series, as well as Epic Mickey, a new Kirby outing, Kid Icarus (for 3DS), Metroid: Other M and heaps, heaps more. We'll also have a similar run-down up for Sony's media briefing soon, so be sure to stick around or check back shortly.

Yeah, I watched it last night, and was really surprised by it. I wasn't expecting to be very impressed by the Wii offerings, but wow, so many awesome games I want to play. I might even hook my Wii up today.

3DS sounds really promising, and I was surprised that they've already finished it. Metal Gear Solid and Resident Evil are coming out for it too! F*** yeah!
