Remedy Games, creators of Max Payne and the recently released Alan Wake have let us know that the live-action teaser they sent around earlier in the week was actually a snippet from this new music video from alt-rock band Poets of the Fall.

The song WAR features on the official soundtrack for Alan Wake, and they've done a surprisingly good job of capturing the spirit of the game in the clip. Check out the youtube embed below.

Remedy also took the opportunity to pimp the first screenshot from Alan Wake's upcoming "The Signal" downloadable content expansion, due July 27 2010.

Alan Wake is now available exclusively on Xbox 360 (AusGamers 7.9).
