Reads the latest Facebook update from ex-Infinity Ward heads, Vince Zampella and Jason West. Given Respawn Entertainment are now part of the EA family (their Facebook photo is actually the EA logo), it's highly likely said announcement will happen at EA's pre-show press event, which AusGamers is fully locked in for, so stay tuned next week for all the details.

Speculation can obviously run rampant from here - will they make a shooter, will it follow on the traditions set with Modern Warfare? Or will the duo and their new team blow us away with something entirely new? They might even completely underwhelm, but we won't know until next week.
