It's Monday again and as per usual here's a few videos that came in while we were away from the screen:
  • Lost Planet 2: Capcom have released another extended clip from their forthcoming sci-fi action sequel. This latest clip features four minutes of in-engine footage comprised of both cinematic and in-game action. Check it out here on AusGamers.

Lost Planet 2 is on-track for it's May 20th 2010 release on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Still no word on a PC version of the game however.

  • Megaman 10: Another one from Capcom, this time heading back into that golden age of gaming. As Megaman 10 keeps its graphics and technology firmly in the 8-bit era, it was only appropriate that its advertising went back there too. This new trailer has everything that was great about 1980's youth-targeted television commercials: a jiving soundtrack, most excellent lightning strikes and radical explosions. Get mega this March!

Megaman 10 is now available on PlayStation Network and Wiiware with Xbox Live Arcade set to follow at the end of the month.

  • Dragon Age: Origins - AwakeningAs the release date for their RPG expansion draws ever closer, BioWare have released yet more trailers for Awakening. The latest clips offer more snippets of the storyline and characters you'll encounter on your extended quest to rid the lands of the darkspawn. First up there's another of the new playable characters - Justice
Not all the denizens of the Fade identify with darker emotions like rage and pride. Some embody the nobler qualities found in humanity: faith, hope, compassion, and justice. Justice is not a name, it is an identity. A victim of magic gone awry, Justice has been torn from the Fade against his will and trapped in the body of a dead Grey Warden. Lost and disoriented, he seeks a guide to help make sense of this alien world and demonstrate what it means to be human.
The second clip showcases a new foe - Architect
The Architect is the first darkspawn to develop a will of his own--an unusual outcast who seems not to be subject to the call of the Old Gods, nor to the other darkspawn compulsions. But although he is highly intelligent, the Architect has little understanding of humanity. Treating him as anything other than what he is–a darkspawn–would be folly.
Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening is due on shelves this Thursday March 18th 2010, but we've had reports that the street date may already be broken.
