I asked them one question about this - are they going to kill the online next year like they did with Madden and all those other games?
The guy had no idea what I was talking about (obviously not everyone that works on EA titles hears about things like that, I guess). I explained and he said as long as they have people playing, they'll have servers. Apparently FIFA is their most popular online sporting title with 30 million games a month (that is actually what he said but it seems amazingly high, that is one million games a day!) and I definitely got the impression that these guys believe that it'll always be supported - not axed a year later.
