Continuing the content expansion for their FPS/RPG hybrid, 2K Games and Gearbox have launched yet another downloadable content pack for Borderlands - The Armory of General Knoxx.

In addition to a new adventure, The Armory of General Knoxx promises new guns, class mods, vehicles, enemy variants and bosses as well as increasing the level cap to 61.
The Secret Armory of General Knoxx picks up right where Borderlands ends – players have discovered and unlocked the alien vault, but now must face the unscrupulous wrath of the vengeful Atlas Corporation and its deadly, death-dealing badass, General Knoxx. With more than 16 million unique weapons (and the help of an Atlas insider), the vault hunters must protect Pandora and save their own necks by destroying the munitions hoard and blow General Knoxx and his Crimson Lance force to kingdom come, but not before reaping the rewards of Atlas’ weaponry stockpile.
2K Games have let us know that the content is "now available for detonation" on Xbox Live (800 Microsoft Points) with PC and PlayStation Network offerings to follow on Feburary 25th 2010 for AUD$12.95.

Check out the trailer here on AusGamers.
