If you haven't pre-ordered it up yet on Steam, Futuremark's stunning Shattered Horizons is offering you yet another glimpse as to why you should have put aside your own copy already.

Today's gameplay trailer is an extended video that shows off the game's anti-gravity gunplay mixed with team combat, those incredible visuals as well as the creative element the game harbours in level-design. It's also a bragging point that it's PC-only, and according to Steam, you'll be playing it in just under two days time.

Check it out right here.

It looks kind of bad imo. Obviously not graphics wise, but it just doesn't look like a good game.

But 1 hour before it's released they'll realise it was supposed to be delayed for you. Ha ha ha, sorry guys lol what a silly mistake.

DS are due out not long after release. Aparently

"We will have dedicated servers available soon after launch.
We are providing a pre-release dedicated server package to interested hosting providers and trusted community partners who express an interest"

Could be huge win or huge fail, hard to tell. But I think it's worth a purchase, regardless.

At under $20 I think it looks worth a shot, to the best of my knowledge nobody has attempted this sort of zero gee mechanic in an FPS before (I know Crysis had a zero gee level but that wasn't taken as far as this).

I wonder if they have done a Newtonian physics model, so you don't coast to a stop once you stop accelerating, objects still have mass but no weight etc. The only game I can recall with a full Newtonian physics engine was Star Shatter (oddly similar title), which was a garage-developed indie strategic space sim, cool game but never had much of a following.
