Codemasters and Atari.au have sent along a new video for DiRT 2, the rally car racing sequel continuing the spirit of their long running Colin McRae Rally series.

Today's clip is a behind the scenes look with a Studio Tour at Codies' UK HQ. In addition to the "DiRTy" secrets on display, there's also a spattering of gameplay footage to be found. Check it our right here on AusGamers.

that looks like great Fun the first one was Good but i dont like the blur effect it had all the time . was it running the Unreal 2008 engine that would explain a lot ????.

i've always loved rally driving games.
I would presume this is running on a modified dirt 1/GRID engine. There was some motion blur in it, but not that much!

Wicked.

Dirt 1 was a bit "meh" for me after first playing GRID. Making the cars more weighty is definitely one of the things I was hoping for.

GRiD rocks and the demo for DiRT was pretty damn awesome imo. Was hard to get used to but once you master it and you can fly around corners its so awesome. will have to get the full version sometime. Pikes peak would be sweeet.

wow, does look awesome.

Ive always enjoyed rally games out of all the car simulators.

Dirt was alright, i still remember playing the old colin mcrae at lans multiplayer much win.
