I know that sounds odd, but attempting to power through the version of The Pitt I downloaded as soon as it was available from Xbox Live has given me a rather tainted piece of software.

Apparently I'm not the only one though, and Bethesda have put the glitchy DLC update down to a corrupted file being delivered specifically only through the Xbox Live Marketplace. We can expect a newly delivered (and hopefully uncorrupted) pack sometime on the 26th of March.

If you grabbed the content pack early and have seen floating place-markers in the form of red diamonds with exclamation points - your The Pitt needs to be quarantined. Other glitches come in the form of zero texture loads, whole buildings disappearing and game freezes.

Once we have the updated file it'll be back into The Pitt we go for our full review - so stay tuned.
