Nintendo's infamous bounty hunter, Samus Aran, returns to face off against a dark version of herself in this, the last instalment in the Metroid Prime trilogy, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Near perfect first-person controls, pacing, design and gameplay make this one of the year's best releases.

In terms of the game itself, I found the first bit kind of lame but once you reach the first planet it gets going and is an excellent gaming experience.
Control-wise, the motion-based 'actions' like turning keys, pulling levers etc is kind of stupid, but the core aiming mechanic works exceptionally well and is almost worth buying for that alone.
