Halo 3 IS be one of the most anticipated games of all time, which is most likely because it's aimed more at the casual gamer than most big name FPS. It's a simple game with simple thrills, so it will attract simple people with simple needs.

I admit the mutliplayer will most likely be fun, despite being more of the same. But I feel no need to play through the singleplayer, which will be Halo 1 dressed up with prettier graphics. (BARELY prettier graphics! Is this thing on Xbox 360 or PS2?)

You're all idiots. He said "THE gaming giant's most anticipated release" as in Microsoft. Which rules out TF2, Crysis, Far Cry 2, GTA4 etc.
